Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet begun fulfillment. To cancel, please contact our customer support through the contact form. Fulfillment can start within a few hours of placing the order, after which cancellation is not possible. Gifts cards and final sale items are not eligible for cancellation.

Can I change my order?

If you need to edit your order (e.g., change product size, color, etc.), the only way is to cancel the original order (if it hasn't entered fulfillment) and place a new one with the correct details.

Can I change my shipping address?

You can change the shipping address for orders that have already entered the fulfillment process but have not shipped. This may extend the processing time. Please contact us through the contact form with your order number and the updated shipping address.
