What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Gameparel purchase. You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Excludes headwear, intimate apparel, hygienic items, gift cards, final sale items, and face masks. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and any free gifts included. Please use the original packaging or a suitable alternative to ensure the items are protected during transit.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, visit our return portal at https://returns.gameparel.com and follow the simple instructions.

Pay our $8 flat handling fee and you'll receive a return label to print at home and instructions for dropping off your package at the designated carrier location.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we offer refunds to your original payment method once your return is received and processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Absolutely! If you'd like a different size, color, or item, simply initiate a return through our return portal at https://returns.gameparel.com and place a new order for the desired item.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on face masks, headwear, or intimate apparel. Gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable. Additionally, items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Who pays for return shipping?

We charge a flat $8 handling fee for all returns, which covers processing and restocking your returned item(s).

How long does it take to process a return?

Once your return is received at our warehouse, it typically takes 3-5 business days to process. You'll receive a notification email once your refund or exchange has been completed.
